Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping

Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
